Every ROSELIFT device is covered by our comprehensive 1-year warranty. If your device has any manufacturing defects, we'll replace it free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
What's Not Returnable
- Conductive Gel: Opened gel products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable
- Damaged Items: Items damaged through misuse are not eligible
